Frequency converter-variable speed drive system

Use frequency converter in control box,make sure the"full function"and"more energy saving"

Start ---- from 0 to low frequency, then large motor start current is very small,no impact on the grid,energy saving;

Loading----from low frequency to full load, determined by gas consumption,no waste of electricity, energy saving;

Unload ----reduce to low frequency, speed also drop, current also reduce, energy saving;

Electric control most machines are CSC ( you can choice CSC or ASSC) (CSC: constant speed control ASSC: automatic start and stop control)when the machine no-load time reaches the set value (e.g., 5 minutes), the frequency converter belongs to the working state of 0 frequency, namely stop,no energy consumption

When the pressure drops to the starting pressure,repeat 1.2.3.4.

Frequency conversion and half-load perfect combination - lower operating costs

The frequency converter can reduce the half energy consumption in operation and half-load function can reduce half energy consumption .The total energy consumption and air discharge can be reduced to 1/4 of the full load.For example, the energy consumption and air discharge of a 20 M3/min, It can be adjusted at will from 5 to 20 M3/min

The half  load system of OFURE compressor can reduced inlet air capacity and reduce energy consumption. The half-load system can optimize the ratio between the loading time and unloading time of air compressor. Reduce the variation range of air compressor temperature and pressure , make sure the compressor are operate stably.
